Delivery Fee            $150.00/per (recliner, chair, end table, cocktail)

                                $200.00/per (big, oversized chairs, dressers, chest, Sofa, Loveseat

                                $250/per set (Livingroom, Dining Room, Bedroom, Mattress/Box Set, Sleepers

                               $350 for 2-pc, 3pc Sectionals, up to 4piece Modular Sectionals; Adjustable Beds

                                $450/Whole House or Condo/Vacation Property

Special Delivery      $375 /(second attempt, higher floors, large heavy pieces

Special Handling    $425- $475

SPECIAL ORDERS        ALLOW 18 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY (MINIMUM) 

DISPOSAL POLICY

           $150 for ea. small items, i.e., sofa table, end table, dining chairs, cocktail table, small recliner

           $200 for ea. sofas, loveseat, dining table, dressers, chest

           $250 ea. for bedroom sets, mattress/box spring, sofa sleeper and any large items

          $350 for 2-pc, 3pc Sectionals, up to 4piece Modular Sectionals; Adjustable Beds

VOLUME DISCOUNT POLICY

• Clients qualifying for volume discount may have up to 30 days to store purchased items without charge. Additional charges of $20 per day may apply there after
• Cancellation and/or returns that are included in our Volume Discount Program quotes, will be prorated accordingly to reflect the appropriate discount at the time return is being made.
