Refund policy

RETURN/RE-STOCKING/REFUND POLICY    

• Undamaged furniture may be returned within 3 days of purchase with a 35% restocking fee of total, order will be assessed (fabric protection charges are not refundable), an additional fee of $150 may be applied for pick up and re-wrapping fees.
• Undamaged accessories may be returned within 3 days of purchased without a restocking fee.
• SPECIAL ORDERS, MATTRESSES/BEDDING AND CUT FABRICS MAYNOT BE CANCELLED FOR REFUND CREDIT OR EXCHANGE
• For cash, check or credit payments, refunds or exchanges will be processed and sent within 10 business days.
• Merchandise sold” AS IS” May not be returned or exchanged for any reason and is NOT covered by limited warranties.
• If any item is put “on Sale” within 5 days of purchasing that item at the full Otsuka’s price, a credit adjustment will be made upon request
